Can you show the setup on the android device? At the minute from what I have read I am struggling to believe it is android compatible!!

I have an HTC m8 and cannot get either of my watches to connect through the app. My wife's iPhone works perfectly (ish) with both! It is really frustrating I really wanted this watch to work!!

It the same on android as a mater of fact it connects better

DAVE01568, I need help, I have a Windows Phone and I have done the ByPass that you used, Works like a charm but before this happend my bluetooth all of a sudden didnt work so I did the bypass to try to fix it, i turned it off and then tried to turn it back on But it will no longer turn back on to I can re connected it to my phone. Please Reply ASAP I need help, Cheers

+DAVE01568 NEVERMIND HOLY CRAP, I JUST RESET MY PHONE AND OPENED THE BLUETOOTH MENU ON MY WATCH AND IT SEARCHED AND THEN OPENED IT UP ON MY PHONE AND THEN IT SAID THE Meteor 2774 and it Worked! I am ConnectedThank you sososososososososososososososososo Much, I owe You big time, I will go share this video on the facebook page of kreyos and everyone else, I suggest you make a video on how to fix the problem I encountered. Thank you so much, I have subbed and like and faved.

+DAVE01568 Well I kinda Screwed it up even more, I actually just (Not that long ago) Thought I could retry the connection to the kreyos, so I deleted the connection on my phone list and when to reset my phone but its not there anymore and I dont actually know how to bring it back up again.I just made it worse, Also the only connection I could find before was the "Kreyos 2774" there was no "KreyosLE 2774" Like what I see other WP Users have.

Just follow bypass button presses again then close all Kreyos and settings apps from running in backgrout and power off and on windows phone and try againWith Kreyos in cradleLet me know how it goes

finally able to login without the app crashing (ver. 1.2.3. for iphone 4, ios 7.1.2), stuck at screen that says 'turn your meteor on, etc, etc, tap next below once your meteor is on'' there IS NO NEXT BUTTON! 14 month wait for the watch, it's finally in my hands now, and the app doesn't work for me! big surprise there! Why WOULD this watch work? THAT wouldn't make any sense at all! SMH :/ sorry to vent, lol

Dave, are you using a 4s? How did you get the app to work? I am using a 4s on ios 7 and I can never even get the app to get past the login screen. It always crashes when I try to sign in. I have a Kreyos account and email address from when I purchased my watch. What am I doing wrong?
