Because they are those mentioned in Revelations and other parts of the Bible. They are those who call themselves Jews but are not. They worship the synagogues of satan. And dumb Christians praise them when they do not even like Christians.

That treats all books as the same, just because they're old. Whether or not that is true, "Messianic Judaism" was founded by the US Evangelical movement, and not from within Judaism. Most of its members are not Jewish either. It's essentially a bastard movement, from conflicting religions, and then claims to be apart of one. NO mainstream Jewish movement, and so much less Orthodoxy considers it to be anything Jewish at all.

There's no conclusive proof that this Jesus fellow, if he even existed, created any sort of new religion. Given that the invented cult of "Messianic Judaism" from the 1970s largely takes all the tenets of Christianity, and Christianity itself is a product of evolution and compromise with generations of non-Jewish, pagan practices, it couldn't be the same with anything from when he claimed to have lived.

I'm sorry; but this isn't Chassidic Judaism; This is proper Orthodox Judaism and its requirements to do with Kashrut. Messianic Judaism is not any form of Judaism, and is simply a creation by the US Evangelical movement. This form of Christianity can call itself whatever it wants, even if it tries to masquerade around as Judaism by pumping in some Jewish practices.

They don't show the awful torturous blood letting / draining, slow death, version of kosher animal killing that I've seen in many other documentaries. Hard to get my mind around this whole Jewish thing. The music sure makes it seem quite innocuous.

Usually having to rely on some future event to corroborate your claims is a non-starter. MJ is not Judaism and never has been since it was made up in the 1980s.

The question I think you ask is wrong. For what Judaism is today; the Talmud is an integral part of it. Judaism is not judaism without the Talmud as all the laws are explained by it. When it comes to the laws of kashrut there is so much to know. This video just gives a nice intro.
