Hello... i started MMa few months ago ... i am 19 years old .. i was
excited about the thing i trained myself alone even when not a the gym
really hard icant do the splits so i did stretches every day but i was
always pretty well warmed up, any way one day i was doing a stretch and i
felt something snapped in my left thight ...i stop exercising 2 months and
continued training i was doing stretches normally , didnt feel anything ,,
but i dont recall when the pain started to reappear ... it desnt hurt bad
thankfully but it been hurting for a while now andi wonder if i wll ever
heal fully ,, please repy .. thank you :D
+hauk2009 Watch and apply the techniques in this video. Without examining you myself, it sounds like you tore apart an adhesion. You need to keep it from becoming scar tissue. Muscles usually heal within a few weeks to months depending on what you do with it Good luck!
I pulled a muscle in my stomach and it hurts so much when I lay down or
kneel or do certain things than involve that area hurts so much I'm fine
when I walk but it mostly hurts when I put pressure on it. what do I do?!
+Cookiesweetanimaljam I don't know. I can't tell people what to do for specific pains like yours, you should get it checked out by a doctor. The test for appendicitis is to put pressure from above and if there is pain, well, you need medical attention. Go get it checked. It is very difficult to "pull" a muscle in your stomach anyway.
+Dalton Swank I can't tell you that for sure, you could have pinched nerve, or injured a disc. Go see a chiropractor or MD to get it checked. Don't wait.
I'm 11 and in football I was tackling and then this one girl Sat on me and
she was really heavy so I got a pulled muscle on my BACK it hurts so much
that I can't breathe. :(
