This was a great video, and thank you for sharing! I can relate to a lot of points you made throughout the video. There is a lot of misconceptions regarding the surgery and what we can and cannot eat. Great job on your progress!!

I can completely relate I'm 4 years post op RNY. You really have to stay focused or old habits will definitely creep back up on you. I use YouTube as my support don't really attend support group meetings it helps me tremendously. You look amazing keep up the great work. Hahahaha I take my daughters clothes all the time too!
