I absolutely have to get more into the meal prep and healthy snack prep. I
made a pea soup and have that all portioned out for the coming work week.
Now today, need to prep some healthy snacking options and also start some
veggie prep for meals this week.
+beacher1967 It works for me. Sundays I do it and then I have stuff at least 3-4 days then maybe Thursday cook up Chicken again. I eat so much chicken I am surprised I am not clucking or growing feathers LOL
