Haha sorry I started out doing lbs too, I'll try to remember to do it next time! So far I've lost 19.1kg which is about 42lbs

I didn't know that you had been working as a nurse. I too am a nurse and I just couldn't do my job anymore. I had always done nursing home work but it just got too hard. I was up to 365. I am 337 now but my doctor wants me to loose 25 more before he will do the surgery. I am so frustrated. I am a single mom with 4 kids. I am now doing private duty nursing where I only have 1 pt. I can handle that. It's mostly sitting. But, it doesn't pay well and we are drowning. I need my surgery quick!!!!!!!!!

oh believe me, the mind is WAY behind the body.... though i work on my therapy bimonthly privately and monthly with my program, I DO NOT SEE the new me yet... maybe some day.. oh, and head hunger is terrible sometimes...but i'm learning tai chi in my water exercise class...

Good job and keep it up remember it is our journey and we are glad to be in it :) your beautiful!! glad your much better I am going on 3 weeks post op and the difference is amazing cant wait to see you transform but remember our minds have to do it as well as our body!!! :)

@Mowet100 Hey Mo...thanks for watching first...it was in my "WLS Bible" & on WLS boards/forum. I do not know if they are just for WLS or not..but they are targeted to us. I do not think it would hurt anyone..after all it is just a vitamin...so I would say go to the site and email them...
