Thank you, Tammy for your resent video. I was really glad you said
something about people going out to visit their loved ones in nursing
homes. My mom was in one and the lady next to her never had any visitors.
One day I asked one of the nurses and she told me that no one had been to
see her since she was admitted, which had been Several years previously to
my mom. So, so sad. Thank you again for your words of encouragement.

Thanks MDFO, the tape measure was so they could track the size of my neck
to make sure it didn't swell too much which would mean it was bleeding
internally.. that is why I had to stay overnight because of that
concern....once they knew I was starting to heal and the blood was clotting

see if your alive,so cool!! Man I had a spinal fusion and they went through
my throat,they didnt even let me rest and sent me home the same day! I want
to go to your hospital next time and on the plus side the nurses feel you
up what a awesome hospital!!!

I see young vets men and women alike returning from Iraq and Afghanistan
all the time....30 years from now who knows what the population will be
like at the hospital. This is VERY true. With vets getting their benefits
cut and VA hospitals getting less and less funding I am afraid to see what
will happen to our vets.

Joanie hope you are recovering well...I am very very fortunate in that this
cancer is survivable as long as they keep scanning and cutting it

I agree totally with Vanessa. When I was preparing for my surgery 13/7 I
watched your videos over and over again. They really helped my preparation
and cant thank you enough. You look terrific - I am 16kgs down after 10
weeks, so tracking pretty well. Feeling fit and strong. Well done and thank

Wow! What a difference. You look great! Ive really enjoyed watching all
of your youtube videos. Very informative and factual. I liked your
personality and I liked your style, you were detailed and you stayed on the
topic of Weight loss. You were prepared and organised in what you were
going to talk about. I have been checking to see if you have updated
whenever I went on youtube and was wondering and curious as to how
everything worked out for you and to my surprise I saw that you posted.
Can u please do a verbal post as well. I would love to hear about how its
been for you, the good points and also any negatives? A typical day's
food? How have things changed for you? What do you do when you go out to
eat? Do you tell people? It would be great to hear as I have been
