Using the Foam Roller for Knee Pain- IT Band, Quadriceps muscle massage rolling
on some SP vids i hear you (arash) or the big hawaiian-looking guy say
things like "here's how to train for planche, assuming your back and core
are strong enough already" but it's unclear exactly how strong my back and
core should be. would be helpful to hear something like, "if you can do 100
crunches, 50 pushups and hold a 2min plank, then you're strong enough for
planche" ya know what i mean arash? then i can know exactly what basics to
cover before i even try planche, muscle-up, levers etc
You can actually do it before and/or after a workout. Technical term for it
is myofascial release. It basically gets rid of all the "knots" in your
muscles. Feels good. Feels great. Hope this helps out a little for those

Holy, freakin', crap man. Thank you SO much for these videos. I've been
tricking and sprinting on a competitive level, and my knee pain has been
screwing me over. I've never NOT been amazed by your videos, because they
are all freaking amazing. You rock, Arash!
Depends if you want the dense or soft ones. I'd suggest amazon for finding
the cheapest, or go to your local sporting good store. If you're broke, you
can improvise and try some tennis balls, or look for some do it yourself
tutorials on google :)

I'm convinced that Arash is one of the greatest human beings on earth. Such
a peaceful guy. The amount of positive energy, i get from watching your
videos, is amazing.
Hey I know this is random but, could anyone explain what the harlem shake
it about? It looks ridiculous but, I would like to see strength project do
