Today was my first day of rehab. I ROCKED IT! I'll go back 2-3 times a week for the next few weeks.

Hey! Proud that you got your ROM back quite easily :) today is day 8 of my recovery too I know its later but I was just making sure I wasn't healing slower than anyone lol me and you were at the same place on day 8 but my first day of rehab isn't for another week but im pumped for it!!! Great video and thanks again :)
