unless u do ur cardio in the morning, then lift in the evening, i swear by
this but what do i know.. hey rico, does your book have a lot of healthy
recipes? and what would a bodybuilders favorite carb be? or a bodybuilders
best friend - as far as carbs go?
I went from a skinny 150 lb. guy to what I am today. It took several years
to get up to over 175 to 180 and now I'm an even 200 lb. which I feel is my
ideal weight. Slow and steady is the only way to build a body that will
stay that way!
example is my friend somewhat whimpy and short but he sure packs a punch i
mean we once went to the arcade and played some sorta game where u punch
and your score is indicated in kmh i hit 115 and his hit was 160 that is
really scary
im not a cook and i don't think most single guys are.......i eat basic. I
tell you what foods to eat not cooking recipes. I use waxy maize before and
after workouts and beans for my main carb staple
NO its the same with me but the more conditioned you get the less sore you
feel. When you haven't worked out for a week expect the soreness. That's
why I never miss my four sessions a week.
I do a ketogenic diet for many reasons, here are some things that are real
important for ME, in making this diet effective. 1. High level of ketones
2. Restrict carbs to very low levels, less than 20g. 3. Restrict protein
levels to body requirements 4. Restrict fluid intake, this will increase
ketone concentration. 5. Eat a SLIGHTLY subcaloric diet. 6. I eat a large
percentage of calories from fat, about 70%. I use MCT's, (coconut oil)
occasionaly, but that stuff is rough on the gut.
I stand corrected. Under the BEST possible circumstances the average male
body can create between *0.25 and 0.50* pounds of dry muscle tissue per
week. That's the natural amount that your body chemistry will allow. So
your looking at 1-2 pounds of dry muscle each month. That equates to 12-24
pounds of muscle yearly. My bad. I keep on learning every day
per year. Don't get down! Gaining lean body mass takes time and you will
gain some fat while doing it. Just adjust your cardio and carbs if you are
gaining too much fat along with your muscle gains. Once you've added your
muscle the right way, it won't go away.
Hey Rico I am trying to build muscle, and gaining my numbers on the scale
are going up quicker than they are supposed to, I'm worried that I've been
gaining fat, along with muscle. So what's a reasonable goal for how much I
should gain in 1 month?
you can gain 4lb of dry muscle a month, he doesnt know what hes talking
about u can use body weight training exercise along with gym equipment
meaning 'naturally' which u gain 4lb of dry muscle a month phhh bout 6lb a
year u on steriods youth?.
Oh my I had no idea it was that little, but how come I've seen videos of
people gaining muscle, and it was alot of muscle weight, and you could see
them getting bigger in a short amount of time, is this completely fake?
You can only gain about 6 lb of lean muscle per year naturally. Other gains
would be fat and water. Be dedicated and each month , each year you will
get bigger and acquire more lean body mass.
Nice screen name. You are a complete moron. I don't train to be big you
fool. I train to be healthy. You are obviously a very insecure person. Work
on your self esteem bro.
Gidday youngfella. What you do is bloody terrific. I'm 45 years old myself
this year , but still look and feel like a 30 year old, which I contribute
to all my years of weights and exercise. I wish I could install this
mindset into the rest of the Australian population. I have a question for
you. In your opinion, is whey protein isolate worth the money you pay for
it, or are you just as well off buying whey protein concentrate at a
cheaper price? Anyway, keep up the good work. Catchya.
G'day mate. I have just heard about a liquid supplement called 'plasmavol'.
Its meant to give you a really good pump. Have you heard of it, and do you
know anything about the product? And BTW, have you been to muscle or Venice
beach, and is it all it's cracked up to be, because I want to visit it next
year. Cheers!
i eat about 300 grams a day. You have to experiment to see what amount is
best for your body to keep building lean muscle and not getting fat. It's a
slow process but you STAY that way once you attain it. Eat most in the
first half of the day so they are burned up each day and not stored as fat.
You obviously haven't been laid in awhile. It's twisted people like you
that need to read the book. Stay where you live. You wouldn't make it here.
Is this how you get your rocks off? Surfing the web to make moronic
comments to make your insecurity less noticeable? Wow. You need help bro!
A low-fat, high-fiber diet coupled with regular exercise will go far in
helping to keep your blood sugar under control. Diabetics should always
consult with their doctor first before starting any exercise program, as it
must be tailored to each individual's condition.
My purpose in life is to give people all over the world the knowledge and

lifestyle works! I'm the proof. If you haven't checked out my web site its
on my link on my you tube site.
I only use pure whey isolate. It has the highest bioavailability of any
protein. It's worth it. Take a mixed protein powder shake before you go to
bed as it will take longer to break down and keep you positive nitrogen
balance.
