low carb diet is great but I think 20 grams is way to little. You should
eat unlimited vegetables don't worry if you go over 20 grams of carbs . You
should try a low carb and a low caloric diet combined. This combination is
much better and you will loose weight faster (and safer as long as you
eating unlimited green vegetables). Also drink green tea and take fish oil.

Oh well it's been a while since I quit this diet, since I got pregnant. But
I used to eat a lot of eggs and cheese. Yoghurt is good too, the natural
kind. Also meat but I don't eat that. But I know chicken contains a lot of
proteine =)
Yeah I don't think it's healthy to burn fat fast. Then you tend to get it
all back once you stop using watever method you've used. I think a person
can eat everything, in moderation, and excercise and that will do the trick.
