You won't always be sore. While being sore is a good way to know you've done well, not being sore is also fine. But maybe you didn't push as hard this time? Or maybe you can't go up weight yet but you're now able to do more reps etc and you haven't realised ?..
that's stupid to do arm day 1 every 3 weeks, everybody who's anybody knows
that muscle deterioration sets after a week of not doing the same caliber
of exercises on them
funny...i like what chris is doing is for you people that dont know what
you are doing while lifting.....BUT natural?....look at him this is so
obviously not a natural guy, and there is nothing wrong with being on the
juice, just dont lie about it.....chris us on roids know exactly what you
are doing! you look great though, but some of us know whats going on.
First and second experiences with the pre workout supplement from muscle pharm called assault, the one i got was this one //amzn.to/11DRF7e gave me a ...
THX4th@ ... I was looking for a pre-workout supplement that would help me
focus, but if that one causes aggression and anger it ain't something for
me! I'd rather want to feel awake and alert and focussed. For that I need
to be calm. Anger ... nah ... won't try it! From what I have heard: nope!
Not what Im looking for!
(^_^) sooo you were listening to the wrong kind of music I take it? ... I usually have Megadeath and Body Count for weightlifting and some easy listening happy-happy joy-joy stuf for running. Apart from that: those pre-workout supps I have tried did not intreague me at all. They had no effect on me (I am immune to a lot of substances and medications and pretty much to caffein as well so I don't know whether its me or the products). - I am not sure whether I actually WANT to keep trying those ... somehow I feel I should give it a go but then again ... maybe I should rather focus on creatin and protein post workout and some double espresso before ...? Up til now I never had the impression that I was not making any progress and needed to fuel me up with whatever substances. Its just that being more awake and alert especially since most workout-times are in the evening attracted me ...
If you want good results with out the bullshit just take roids. Least you
no it's gona work. At the end of the day both are bad for your body. Great
video bro
but then you can't give blood again. I regularly give blood and one thing they ask is if you have taken roids and if you have, its a no-no.
MusclePharm Serge Nubret Chest Workout
//www.sixpacksmackdown.com This workout is loaded with tons of sets and reps. Lots reps and volume to destroy your chest. I recommend this workout, ...
why would you even contemplate doing the same weight serge did on the first
day of ever doing the routine, serge is a pro and has been doing the
routine for his whole career, it baffles me as to why you think you can do
the same weight he did on the first day of the routine, like you're some
legend, no wonder your form was shit and you could only push 10 out,
respect the workout and use moderate weight not serge's peak weight like a
IFBB pro veteran decorated bodybuilder 2nd to arnie in mr olympia contest
that you think you are.
just a tip/fact guys: Serge Nubrets grip width is the widest possible grip
on the bar like markus ruhls grip but this is used to widen the chest thats
why he does it like that. Markus ruhl for example his most muscular shows
off his extremely wide chest he got from doing tons of wide grip benches
and flyes but wide presses do not mix with cable crossovers markus tore his
chest doing both because they stretch your chest out so much you can't do
both. just a tip people.
Thats good but you also have to take into consideration rest times and the
way he did his reps. You are lifting your butt off the bench and the way
you are lifting the weight...he did complete constant tension and no choppy
movements when transitioning from the concentric to eccentric. Not trying
to hate, check my favorites and there is a vid of Serge training...emulate
that.
hopefully thats not a sarcastic remark. and well it may work for you were
just suggesting what might work better ? Obviously we wouldnt be saying
anything if you were walking around with isaac nessers 74 inch chest but
your not. and well i'm just going on how the old school guys do it Paul
Anderson and Arnold Mike Katz Frank Zane especially. but whatever if it
works go ahead.
When you do the positive, push away from your body or pull against your
body then the muscle fibers contract. When you do the negativ, you tear the
muscle fibers, THAT'S where the damage comes from, so instead of lowering
the weight in 1 controlled second, do 3 slow second, you won't be able to
use as much weight + greater results. I am not joking here, this is science.
I looked at some of his routines, pretty high volume lol. He was a lot more
about volume and low weights, apparently it worked for him as his physique
was amazing. Interesting enough he ate one meal a day, 4 pounds of horse
meat with rice and beans. great videos man, keep em up!
Serge used light weight, mind-muscle connection, long time under tension. I
use a hybrid of his that is giving great results. I vary things too, not a
scripted routine. Works for me for now.
Rest 30 seconds, maybe 60 sec for legs.
Thumbs up for this vid!
will do... current routine is 1 all out heavy set per bodypart per day,
which is sometimes a drop-set or rest-pause; but once i've done
back/chess/shoulders, i'm doing serge's routine for arms , will do that for
around a month and see what we get :)
umm... I have done 225x33 before, I was just guessing at the weight I could
use. I had never attempted this workout before, nor did I research what
weight Serge used. Turns out I guessed wrong. Thanks for watching!
Good job man! just read an article on tnation.com, written about serge. The
recommendation was using a weight you can get atleast 20 reps with. i think
i will attempt this kind of workout later this fall.

Actually quick question for u, is it still building mass even if I have to
use 15lbs per arm to be able to finish the 28? Usually I use twice that for
a set of 12 per arm. So am I toning more or still building mass cuz the
weight is a lot lower ...
if you boys require to get ripped faster without wasting a single another
minute in the gym, then you should look at this online video COOK46.COM And
it's amazing how much noise people ignoring each other can make.
So I've been in the gym religiously for 16 days now. Although I have been working out prior to the 16 days, I wasn't as dedicated as I am now. Fitness is a ...
+Naturally_Curious I drink my protein in the morning for breakfast and after my workouts at night. I drink my recovery drink before, during and after my workouts.
Great video
U look so good btw.
I am currently working out at home
I have been searching for a protein supplement, I will probably pick up the
one you suggested
Thanks for sharing
+Jo Thank you so much :) This is a great protein...clean and tastes and mix well. I highly suggest it. In fact, I recently ran out of it and went back to another protein that I used to use because it was easy to get right away and Im def going to switch back to Metabolic Nutritions. You get your money's worth for sure. Let me know if you try it.
I know exactly what you mean about the mindset. I've recently got back into
working out everyday after taking basically a year off. It's a mental
struggle just to run a mile or push through a workout when you want to quit
every minute. It's hard knowing your old warmup is your new workout smh
+Kendra Alen lol Exactly! same here. When I first started getting back in the gym and my max weight was 5 lb dumbbells, I was ducking in the corner so embarrassed because I had let myself stay out of the gym for that long. Its all mental. I have to admit this protein is really great. Thermo as well but Id rather the pre-workout to get the most out of my workout.
+zolawilliams1 If you had more knowledge of what a thermogenic is for and the effects, you'd understand what I mean when I say it makes you thirsty...not dehydrated. Your body requires lots of water for fat loss and most of the time, we don't listen to our body when it signals "I'm thirsty" so because your metabolism is at a higher rate with a thermogenic, your body uses more energy and needs more water and our body's signal intensifies when you get thirsty on a thermogenic so that you can resort to water. Its a good thing. Please read more on it before calling it off :) Thanks.
