which takes about 1.5 hours. Then each morning, about 5 minutes to get it
all together. I find that when I spend time prepping on sunday, it makes
the week pretty easy. Every once in while, I may have to do some extra prep
on Wednesday night if I run out of something.
Hey, have you considered "Musclegend" (look on Google)? On their website
you will find a smart free video explaining the right way to pack on
visible muscles really fast. This made it easier for Brandon to overcome
his muscle development plateau and then build ripped lean muscle with no
fat very quickly. I hope it helps you as well...

results by eating that way, then that is great. My hat is off to you. I do
things my way and not everyone agrees with the way I do it. Is nutrition

reduce her abdominal fat. It may help you as well...
Seems like a great meal plan except the carbs should be at least equal to
ur protein intake. Maybe lower ur protein to 1g-1.2g per lb of body weight
and 1.3g-1.6g carbs per lb of bodyweight
Can I Do Powerlifting while doing this? will it interfear with the muscle
confusion? Powerlifting such as Bench Press Incline Press Squat Power Clean
etc....
