you are truely an inspiration to me... ive come from an abusive background
to my body, and watching you really has helped me! really opened my eyes
with this video to not push myself so hard to be recovered and be "perfect"
keep doing what your doing! you rock!!!!!!!
Not all 3-Series come with the same twin-turbo 4, Coach. Speaking in
regards to the F30..
The 328i that you have does come with a twin-turbo 4-cylinder.
The 335i has a single turbo I6 if I'm not mistaken. Once they swapped over
from the N54 to the N55 it was changed from Twins to a Single turbo set-up.
The current gen M3 has a Twin Turbo I-6 as well.
Nice car either way. Looks like it gets the job done for you.
Edit. The F30 328I is a single turbo 4-cylinder. The 335i N55 is a single turbo buts its twin-scroll turbo. The latest year of the M3 was a V8. The new M4 is a twin turbo'd inline-6.
Same here I think I'm now BMW for life. That's why I'm leaning toward the new m3 over r8. The r8 isn't practical for a daily driver and at 100k+ I don't thinks it's worth it.
how could you afford a audi r8 no offence but you just bought a house
unless your walter white and that gym the r8 is like what 110-120 thousand
dollers just want to know hahaha
Sky's the limit buddy! I am always grinding and working. I blessed to say I have been doing very well financially and it's due to me going above and beyond daily. You have to start by looking at your success as your duty, your responsibility and obligation. Yes I just bought a house and a couple cars but those are just monthly payments, I didn't by them cash lol. And I would definitely not buy an R8 it would be also financed.
My Fitness Pal Tutorial: Part 1 of 3
The basic set up I use here is how I successfully utilize MyFitnessPal with patients and clients. If you are looking to use standard MyFitnessPal recommendations ...
Hi Shayda! This was jut a general guideline that I recommend for many of my
patients as a baseline. Some higher and some lower. It really depends on
your individual needs, medical history, goals, and preferences. The numbers
that come loaded automatically in MFP are what is typically recommended by
dieticians and people who follow a food pyramid type of plan. My approach
tends to lean on the side of more protein and healthy fats and fewer carbs
and less sugar on the whole.
Hi Dr. Brody, I just had a quick question about the settings you
recommended. You mentioned to change carbs to 40% and sugar is 27g and so
on. Is this the recommended daily amount? I feel like that is something I
would easily go over.
Why does it only give me 20% on portion at like 115g of protein. Im 216
pounds so even while loosing weight i should be getting at least this
amount in protein. How do I fix this?
