Robert from //fruitphile.com talks about the 2 major perspectives you can look through when attempting to become healthy. The standard model of looking at ...
Asking questions leads us to different answers. Is there a method you use
in choosing which answers you adopt? Understanding our history of
self-deception, how do we know when we are health/fitter/happier? Thanks
for sharing. ☮
+YouHippies Perhaps that really is the case haha. I didn't realize that I was essentially taking the scientific method & applying it on a broader scale to my lifestyle. Thanks for that perspective. I do think however that this kind of lifestyle isn't only limited to Scientists/science oriented individuals. (though many great scientists such as Richard Feynman are truly amazing) I think it most easily visible in the scientific community due to the nature of science, but other individuals such as Jiddu Krishnamurti have expressed similar willingness to question & explore more into the philisophical/spiritual side of life with inquiry rather than just dogma. I think it can be applied to all areas of life, just we aren't use to seeing it in that way :)
I can appreciate what you are expressing. I believe it is basically the scientific method. I also agree that a scientific lifestyle is healthy for the long-term. Thanks for elaborating. ☮
The answers I typically adopt are the ones that make the most sense to me. When I reach a particular conclusion I still question whether I chose it because of my past biases or beliefs and further continue to explore whether or not this really is the best choice. I see self-deception the most easy to fall into when you treat the conclusion that you have reached as correct, rather than as what simply makes the most sense at this current point in time. If you see it as correct, it is something that you want to keep in your mind as correct, so it will be easy to deceive yourself & even lash out at others who may challenge this belief. However I try to understand as many perspectives as possible about the topic/situation & not be tied to any single one (even the particular one that I have chosen to go with). As I go down a certain path based on the conclusions I have made, I can see the effects of it on my life, and then determine if it really is leading me to becoming healthier/fitter/happier. If it is, then thats great and I'll continue doing it. If it isn't, then I need to go deeper into the issue and see why not and look at other possibilities and explore. I agree that different people may come to different conclusions upon asking questions, however if we adopt a mindset of continual inquiry free of attachment to the conclusions, then even though you and I may differ on what we think is correct right at this moment, it is most likely that both of us will grow and change the way we think about the issue at hand eventually (at least to some degree). Therefore I don't see it as a hinderance that we have arrived at different answers, because then we can both question each other (not in a judgmental way, but to help each other grow and learn & out of curiosity) and broaden our perspective & understanding of the situation.
No I haven't heard of them until this point. Though I do have to say that is rather off topic... lol.
Raw Plant-Based Diet | My Philosophy
In this video I describe my personal approach to a raw plant-based diet as well as share my thoughts and vibes. Enjoy!! :)) Rebel Dietitian, Dana McDonald, RD, ...
Vegans do not eat any animal product - no cheese, dairy, gelatin, purchase products tested on animals, etc. Vegetarians may include (not always) some of these products. It varies from person to person to be honest.
Hi. :) no, I don't count calories. I will make a video about my day here soon. You can also learn more about my lifestyle here: //rebeldietitian.us/rebel-lifestyle/ :))

(1/6) Self-Righteous Vegans Ruin Veganism
You can't judge others if you've got animal blood on your hands... ➜ Free App: //www.redpillphilosophy.com/connect/app ➜ Watch Part 2: ...
When i slaughter a pig i give it a handful of feed while it eats i put a
bullet between its ears it dies without a sound and its last thoughts was
damn this is some good sweat feed.
Veganism isn't an ideology or a movement, it is about what humans really
are, frugivores. It is amazing to me, as a scientist, how stupid meat
eaters are when it comes to the science behind human diet, human anatomy,
and so forth. An elementary examination of biological traits of various
animals directly shows that humans are frugivores. Even a child can
understand the basic logic and evidence, yet time after time meat eating
zealots refuse to understand science.
+Gold Pill Scientist Science? take a look at the fossil records then. Anthropologists have found that agricultural based diets lead to smaller and more fragile bones. While hunter gatherer based peoples have thicker and stronger bones. I don't think ancient peoples had access to vegan foods from every corner of the planet. Veganism is a modern phenomena and just simply wouldn't work without all these advances in technology.
I agree with your title man. Vegan extremists like Harley and Freelee are
ruining the movement. They're acting like tyrants/sociopaths/bullies. they
think they're gods. I actually made videos calling them out in a respectful
manner and they bullied me personally and also made a hate video directed
towards me. Crazy how I use to look up to them so much.. tsk tsk
you're also a great story teller. i'm excited to watch the rest of the
series. and i think you're on to something here! ;)
+Passion And Fruit vegan gains ruins it too. I would never become a vegan because asshole like then exist. I don't care about animals or what they go through. Im fine with it.
+tyler hoitenga Headless humans are my next big fetish you know. I masturbate to women with no head. And I worked at a slaughter house at the age of nineteen, use to fuck all the female animals.
+tyler hoitenga I fuck pigs, then I cut off the reproductive organs. Fuck you and your animals, the snake in my avatar was killed by me while i was on vacation.
+tyler hoitenga I eat a balanced diet of meat and vegetables, I'm also well built becasue of it. So I have no plans of changing my diet, and you can't do anything to stop me from doing so.
+thomas cothrenwhat something i said hit a vein in you? maybe you should stop being a murderer and eat the plants they are free and everywhere. i don't have a wife or kids, and you were the one that started talking to me. one love brother im telling you man its easy and healthy to be vegan and you don't have to kill anything unless it's trying to kill you
+tyler hoitenga You're the typical moron. Defending animals and treat people including your family like crap. Go tell your wife/husband and children that you love them, and leave the hunters alone.
+thomas cothrenlol self righteous? like killing thousands of others to live? humans may be considered overpopulated by some, should the government just start killing all us? and they destroy natural habitat? have you seen what the fuck humans have done? wow your an ignorant bastard wake up man.
+tyler hoitenga Considering that they are a overpopulated, invasive species that destroy the natural habitat. It would be more humane to kill them than to let them starve to death. Man, you're starting to act like one of those self-righteous vegans.
+thomas cothrenwell thats nice i bet you like ending their lives and devouring their flesh, could be just eating plants and staring at the sun but you'd rather take anothers life. sad
millions of plants are mutilated each day, some torn apart while still alive by vegetarians and vegans. Please contribute to www.saveallplants.com to help save these defenseless organisms. .
+tyler hoitengaThat would be very tempting and I want to believe you, but you have given me the impression that you want to kill me, but hanging out and stuff that sounds fun and I like vegetables and Slade, but not in the way you like it
+blizblacmon dude if we met i would make a badass vegan meal and we would probably smoke some pot or play disc golf, maybe some video games. i would not be killing you though i promise! i have killed 0 humans so far this incarnation.
+tyler hoitengaSo I take it as a yes. So when are you going to kill meat eaters then. You probably will kill me if we met and I am not from the USA. I am form Europe.
+blizblai never said you were evil, learn to read. I am just trying to eat plants and not murder animals. What part of that do you not understand? You sound like a poor soul to me just looking for reasons to bitch at a vegan.
+tyler hoitenga So you are saying that i am evil now. a moment ago you claimed the opposite of being a peaceful person or are you just having some issues. You poor guy..
+blizblaYou have no argument whatsoever. Eating plants is a lot safer and a lot more peaceful than factory farming. I am a peaceful person. I never said I wanted to kill and rape anything or support it. I do not control karma. You however, have a choice in what you eat. You can choose health and renewal and plant eating, or you can choose to eat corpses, fund murder and torture, and have health problems. The choice is yours.
+tyler hoitengaWell you are displaying a trait of a psychopaths. because it´s their fault so killing them or raping them is justified rightthat is what you think huh the difference is you do not have the balls to openly admitting it
+tyler hoitengaThank you for showing what kind of psychopath you are. So yet once again when are you going to kill meat eaters since you are such a psychopath
+blizblano mate, the question is what are you going to do? i'm not going to prison mate, and i like people but they need to get their shit together and quit torturing and raping and murdering animals.
+tyler hoitenga So you have confirmed that you have this tendency to kill meat-eaters. So that begs the question. When are you going to kill meat eaters?
+blizblaWhat? When am i going to what? When are you going to stop eating meat and dairy and directly funding these murderers and torturers? Americans consume a million land animals an hour. Every second, 300 beings are slaughtered for food. If we include sea animals, then 9 million animals die an hour to feed Americans, or 2500 a second.
+tyler hoitenga So you are going to kill meat-eaters ?
UC Berkeley Talk Part I: Queen Afua and Race-Gender Conscious Veganism
Part I: This the first part of a talk I gave at UC Berkeley, Nov 16, 2011. I read content from my dissertation in progress. I focus on what an Afrocentric vegan ...
I probably won't publish it into a book until 2013, but I should be able to
file for graduation for 2012, and have it available online by end of
summer, if my committee approves of me and I can afford to finish my
education. Thanks for watching! I have a blog that has all my videos I
recorded at universities, at my sistah vegan blog. Just type in Sistah
Vegan blog in the google search, and it will come up. YOUTube won't let me
post the url for some reason.
Your dissertation sounds so interesting!! When it is published I would love
to read it!! I am a vegetarian and I can see why PETA does not interest me.
I care about animals, but it is so much more than that to me. People in
this world are suffering...if I can alleviate there pain in some way that
would mean more to me. Great video and thank you for sharing.
When I say I love your work I love your work you and queen Acura helped me
to heal my womb I 42 having my second child after 21 years my womb has been
healed thank you sistah
Fresh Food is best! Storm tells the truth to the world! Will he live like
Methusalem who also was raw foodist and lived up to 969 years! :-) Go raw,
begin with morning fruit, wildgreens, avocados, nuts. Quit Bread, cowmilk ,
allmilkproducts, sugar and white flour products first, also meat! Drink
pure water like Plose, Bernina, or steamdestilled water like Dr. Paul C.
Bragg! Then go further! Try a waterfast 3 days, it will transform your
life, as it did with mine! :-) vilca de ecuaware de
@irlumir There is some miscommunication here. Did you read the part about
me being a vegan? I agree with you. I was stating that a true omnivore (the
grizzly bear) eats only 5% meat. Now whether we should be omnivores or not
is one thing. The fact is that 99% of humans are today omnivores. My point
is that the most fearsome omnivores in nature only eat 5% meat and an
omnivore CAN eat whatever they want, including a vegan diet. Because we can
eat anything, we can chose to be vegan.
@kimchidressagemama I thought he was vegan since the 70's or earlier
though? Humans are omnivores like a grizzly bear. They can eat anything. We
can chose what we want to eat. A grizzly's diet consists of 95% vegan and
5% meat. If they had the technology to store food or heat their den in the
winter, they could opt out of the 5% meat if they chose. I chose to be
vegan because I can while getting all of my nutrients and because it
prevents the leading western causes of death.
Storm looks great as always. You are a blessed woman Jinjee. I was
wondering what you guys feel about all the so called Raw Food Guru's lately
coming out and saying they are no longer Vegan and are eating some animal
products? Why do you think that is? Do you think its because they aren't
following the fresh is best philosophy and that leads to difficiencies.
Come first of the year I'm changing my diet to mainly vegetaian allowing
fish and then will go from there. You look amazing and I know what you
speak is the truth. I was a vegetarian for a while but went back to meat. I
was well prepares and didn't know what I know now. I will definitly be
coming back to your station. Peace and much Blessings in 2013.
@zigzigerblat Duh. All people of African descent age well. My fiance is 37
and looks 25. What was he raised on? Grass fed goat and beef, goat milk,
palm oil, fish, egg, plantain, in West Africa. Human beings are designed to
eat animal products by the way.
Being vegan is more addictive than being a processed person.I believe that
once a person goes vegan and actually feel the effects associated with
being vegan it would be impossible for them to choose any other diet
outside of a raw vegan diet.
My classmates laughed when I told them I would burn off fat with Atomic Fat
Loss, but then I showed them the results. Google Atomic Fat Loss to see
their reaction.
