Right on, sweet man. Radical acceptance of what is. I can see your pain when you 'look towards' / think about other family members. It's possible they don't even deserve your love, but I guess that's my angry protective self talking. I'm personally reminding myself to go "back to basics." Doing things that really matter to me, being with people that I care for and care for me... basically just trying to focus on constructive things vs all the potential negative. And YES it's a daily effort!!!

Awesome.. I been doing the ginger root rubbing it straight to my skin.. My patches turn pink right after i apply it and it begins to feel a heat sensation on my skin. I guess that means that its doing something to my skin. So let's keep on doing it and hope for the best.
