I have had to do this raw diet thing on my own with no one to talk to or
get help. I live and work in an area where there are maybe 3 or four other
vegans in a large area and they do their own family thing. I am single but
because of the diet I don't get depressed. I stay happy and healthy. I
tried going to a raw food picnic in Los Angeles (150 miles away) but didn't
find it very fun because I didn't know anyone and everyone was doing their
own thing. Staying 90 raw and loving it!
Thank you Yulia, these are great! One of my tricks is to have one sliced
banana, each slice rolled into a half a leaf of dinosaur kale leave (I
leave out the stem for juicing later) per slice... I love it, I usually
have this every morning and this way I get to eat lots of kale. I also
drink three liters of spring water each day. Love you guys!
When I see someone as skinny and shapeless as Lindsay, it totally puts me
off becoming vegan. Not a good advertising! Please put nice and shapely
