Hey I wanted to film some of my recipes from on line recipe book. My recipes are high crab, low fat and will get you a lean, healthy body and clear glowing skin.

What do you Do when you are with a group of people or out for a celebration
and the food chosen is not as healthy or it is family style with shared
plates. Like pho, Thai, dim sum, Chinese, ramen, Indian, pizzaria etc. At
least with sushi you can just eat the sashimi.
Hmm well out of all of those options I honestly don't eat those cuisines much. I get Chinese occasionally and get chicken and veggies with maybe a side of rice. And I do love sushi. Andrew and I usually get three rolls and split them.

A typical western-human has around 50% of carbs in his fuel. So you cant
call something with even more carbs low-carb. All over 50% would be called
high-carb. The banana has 94,83 % of carbs, the orange has 86%. The orange
juice has even more then the orange itself, it has 90% carbs. the low
fat-yogurt has only 40% carbs. All together you have around 70-80% of carbs
in your smoothie. Its not low-carb its not even close to it. It is actually
high-carb-low-fat! The reason why I write this is that people with a
low-carb diet may drink something that is the opposite of low-carb just
because of the title. It would be great if you would change the title to
low-fat, because that is actually true.
Its not because of bitching around, but the people (like me) searching
really low-carb smoothies get tricked by this. I actually enjoy your vids
but this isn't something I enjoy.

+Ninja Mtz Certainly! I'd recommend probably not doing more than 2 egg whites though. It might just get a bit to eggy. Also Using the egg beaters may be safer just because they're pasteurized.
+NozzyIce I'd say that depends on your taste...my best guess though is probably just half of what I added so 3/4 tsp. The Trop50 is sweetened with stevia, so you'll still probably need a little, but maybe you won't. I made it a few times different ways with the trop50, and settled on this being the right taste.

Never had almond milk before Someday I got to try it. When I make
smoothies, = banana, frozen berries, some greek yogurt, splash of milk and
a splash of orange juice. I don't put any ice cubes cause I think the
frozen berries are enough to make it cold. Ya dug out over there yet? Are
even transport trucks making it to replenish grocery stores? Boy I seen
some crazy snow videos over the past couple days.
