Thanks guys. A nice informative video. It's funny, since watching another
of these vids a week ago maybe, I've been making a constant attempt to keep
my head up when walking. It feels like a challenge when walking along a
very busy road right next to hundreds of queuing vehicles. It's like we
have a normal reflex (and I've noticed it in British people over here)
shyness or humbleness to not be too proud and occasionally drop the head.
Now I'm having to remind the eyes to stay up with the head..
I'm in a similar physical shape. I'm not on a special diet. The only thing
I do differently than most people is that I cook my food myself. I don't
eat processed food. I cook everything from scratch. I eat meat, fish,
vegetables and fruits. The only way to be in a good shape is to eat the
right amount of food. The easiest and cheapest way to do that is to buy
food in bulk when it is on sale, cook it, portion it and freeze it. Then
it's easy to avoid getting fat. It saves money and time
Great vid both of you. Just to say Victoria was partly right about the type
one diabetes. One guy reduced his insulin radically (even though he had
sneaked off to buy alcohol...) but the other guy had been diagnosed as a
really bad case of type 2 when he was really type 1. He completely reversed
his diabetes :) also, don't forget Matthew just cos you know, we still
don't know lol!
@moniquebonjour Tomatoes juice great in the breville juicer. 6 medium size
tomatoes will easily give me a pint or more. Pineapples also juice really
well. I get over a pint from one medium pineapple. I have never juiced
leaks. I don't know how well they juice but they just haven't appealed to
me.
i reallly enjoyed raw food controversies by frederic patenaude, anastasia
series, four agreements (more spiritual book than food), and many others.
there are just too many great books to read in a lifetime! :-)
I can promise you you have got to read the book before you even start
juicing! You need to get into the mental attitude first :) & I had to make
my juices the night before for the whole of the next day. They go off any
longer than 24hours You can freeze them and just defrost when you need them
but you'll need a lot of bottles and they loose a lot of their nutrients by
freezing but it helps if your wanting to just make a bulk of them! Hope
this helps! Let me know your results!! I'd love to know!x
Hi i'm also planning on trying 7 day juicing diet out just waiting for my
book to arrive. I've already started experimenting with juices for acouple
of days now. Can i ask if you had to juice everyday i.e make up the whole
days juice and store it or make juice before every meal? or did you make a
batch which lasted 2-3 days thanks

post on my site too.
Insparational Mate... I'm enjoying working through your vids in
chronological order! - I'm looking forward to seeing your results... Even
though this was 10 months ago, im hoping you stuck to it... As you know via
our texting, i started looking at your vids on hypnosis, and now i've found
this! - Everything i've learnt so far points away from fate & destiny, but
sometimes i wonder! - lol
Losing weight only through diet won't work. Jason, exercise is important,
too. (BTW~ I'm watching you via FB! !! *kisses*) Cardio ~running, walking,
jump rope. Weight training: free weights, kettlebells. Lots of clean water
and go easy on your body. Juice fasts are concentrated, dilute, relax, and
understand this is your Life and Body. You're not training for the
Olympics.
@JuiceFeastinJenn Thanks alot Jenn. I have started to go thu your videos
and you are very inspirational! Well done on your goals! I have just asked
to join the Juice Feast group on Facebook. Im about to start day 2 and if
you have any tips that would help me alot. Thank you very much for taking
the time to comment and watching my video.

Jason, I've asked this question in the past and it seems you still haven't
answered it.. What's your take on a low-carb or 'carb cycling' for fat
loss? I find I can't get in enough calories when going low carb and it just
doesn't make me feel good. The science behind it doesn't give a straight
answer, but seems to be a common diet strategy for competitors. Are the
'ketones' really effective for losing fat?
+JuggernautFitnessTV That makes sense, and I definitely agree on that I think the increased weight lost is simply from a larger chunk of calories going un-consumed. It's hard to eat low carb.I wish you could fit in it or even make a video regarding this I'm sure it would get plenty of views. It needs to be addressed.
+Brian Martone I don't really see the point of carb cycling. Not saying people don't use it successfully just that it wasn't the carb cycling itself that got their results.
hey Jason, would you change/add exercises to your program (or a normal
strength program) if someone is training for an explosive sport? sports
that need changing direction, explosive acceleration and jumping. Thank you
Question;
How does one approach programming if your lifts are not balanced.(ie bench
is at an intermediate stage, while squat and deadlift are still at the
beginner stage). Is Linear progression for the weaker lifts, and
intermediate programming for the bench the best way to go?
Thanks
