Hi :D I'm having my surgery on february 7th but i'm going to the hospital one day before to get to know the staff and I hope there will be someone in my age there i can talk to. How was the surgery to you?? When you sat the first time did it hurt much?? or when you walked, stood and woke up from surgery?? My doctor told me that i will have a lot of pain the first days so........ i'm not happy about it :P It would really help if you anwerd because i'm really scared!! And how fast did you heal?

@izaabeellaa heeey :) when i first woke up i was in so much pain. but after that i dont actually remember it being that bad, i just slept all day. and the first time i got up it was kinda hard to walk but i got used to it. i had a morphine button which i could press every 5 minutes and it would help the pain. good luck, hope everything goes well :) x

Your not the only one ❤️ i had my scoliosis surgery on july 20 2014 it was sooo much painful they had to put a xray under my back and it was just horrible and suffering!! My degree was the same like yours accept at the top which was very diffiucult to handle

Heyy awesome video! I am getting the surgery in December or November for a 70* curve and a 50* curve, just wondering, was it weird/awkward having a catheter in? loll sorry i am nervous about that haha and how did you have baths?? :S haha I am very modest lol so I am scared about it but I know it will be okay! :) -Thanks! ~Sam~

@PamelaJo90 heey, nah it didnt but i gained weight from laying in bed for most of the day for 3 months. but after when i went back to school and got better i went back to how i used to be. and about your other question im not too sure because it might effect the scar, otherwise it would be fine :)

im a 12 year old i got 9%-110% i gotta take surgery in april or march.. im so scared how was it :( my back is getting worser by the day.. im so scared what do i do!! :( i want to take it in few years but it will become worse... how was it? ~Afsana(me name..)

@PinkCandyBabe01 Thank you :) Yeah thats why i made it, other peoples videos helped me before i had my surgery. Aw thats good and yeah i am glad i had it as well :D x

i heard after surgery you cant do sit ups or crunches. this is a random question but i dont wanna get fat.. are you able to keep your stomach toned still?

aww :) yeah i did, reeally bad! i only get it occasionally now, if im not sitting properly for a long time or if ive been lifting heaving things.

what was the anesthesia like? Did they have you breath through a mask to go to sleep? What was that like?

@PamelaJo90 they can but theres not much chance. if they do you will have to get them removed.

I had a kidney transplant when I was 15. It was the worst time of my entire life. The tube they stuck up my nose to help me breathe after my surgery was annoying enough, but this poor girl is getting MILK shot up her nose? I hope she isn't too badly traumatized. She will be in my prayers tonight.
