I had 12 orange and 12 yellow with my son, and 3 all in one newborn. We supplemented with disposables from time to time. I wouldn't want to buy more than 12 orange just because they can be short lived. I am hoping that with 24 yellow this time supplementing with disposables will be a rare occurrence.

Oh man, so sorry you were sick. Sounds a lot like the stomach virus we had at our house...and I so know what you're talking about with it being awful trying to puke with a big belly in the way. Glad you're feeling better now though! We have the same prefolds and absolutely love them. And why are so many people leaving the Bump? I've used their forums before as well...crazy.

Major drama over there about their Terms of Use policy, basically it seems as if they company wants it to be all sunshine and rainbows with no snark so they started cracking down and deleting posts/accounts. People are rebelling by leaving.

On my birth board there has been a mass exodus. I'm bouncing back between baby center and the bump. The community is just gone. Granted I'm more of a lurker than a poster but I agree the good conversations and info just isn't there anymore.
