Making smoothies is awesome. But, you aren't eating healthy at all if
you're buying conventional foods. Organic whole foods is the only way to go
if you want all the nutrients from what you're making. Otherwise, it's
mystery food. Especially conventional fruits and vegetables. You'd be
having a smoothie with pesticides and herbicides (even after being washed)
and they'll most likely be GMO, which is terrible for you, if you don't
know. And non calorie sweeteners?!? WOOOOOAH!
I'm not at all trying to put what you're doing down, but a lot of people
are misinformed of these no calorie sweeteners. Non calorie sweeteners are
so damn bad for you. They are made with Aspartame, and that crap is toxic
for your body. So, you basically just poisoned your smoothie. Just go look
at the effects of Aspartame, and I'm sure you'll second guess putting that
crap in your smoothie next time.
I totally agree with you but as you can see, her yogurt hast 11 grams of
sugar. Still a lot but not that much... You CAN find yogurts with low
calories and fat. :D Full fat would be worse than ayydubs yogurt because it
has the FULL fat in it with lots of calories and sodium and all that. It's
ok to sometimes have healthy sugar.. SOMETIMES.. hope i helped :P
those low-fat/low-cal yogurts aren't as healthy as full fat yogurts. the
kind of fat that is in yogurt isn't terrible because it's cultured. what
happens when they make the yogurt with less fat is that they add a lot more
sugar to replace it. it can end up being less healthy.

you could also try adding like chocolate soy milk too! yummm :)

just a tip that might add a bit of calories but adds a lot of flavour is
adding orange juice and vanilla very tasty ! but also keeps a healthy
smoothie (:
