My primary goal is to drop down under the 200 lb mark and be able to run a
5K under 35 minutes. My reasons are first and foremost for health, but
mainly I want to be able to hunt the mountains of SoCal and be able to
breathe well and not suck wind. I don't have far to go (lost over 50 lbs in
the last 2 years) but staying motivated will with the cooler temps
arriving. Fortunately, we now have a gym at work and I'll be hitting it at
least 4 days a week. Cheers and good luck hitting your goal!
and, The Physical Activities I recommend : 1. Pure Walking (in my opinion,
THE VERY FIRST THING FOR A GREAT PHYSICAL ENDURANCE is pure and simple
walking several kilometers / miles [5 or more] . . . I walk 5 miles several
days per week [around 5-8 kilometers] . . . and when I play Tennis I am not
exhausted anymore from the beginning of the match #:-S) 2. (Some) Lifting
Weights (there are important for enlarging the muscular capacity, but too
big muscles can consume too much energy :-B)
in my opinion, Absolutely The Best Way to FIGHT AGAINST / PREVENT Cancer .
. . is The Natural One : 1. do enough Physical Activity 2. consume Natural
Foods (especially fruits & vegetables) the Citric Fruits are one of the
best antioxidants and against cancer fighters, they have a chemical
substance called Flavonoids, which fights against cancer and it is a very
strong antioxidant, and it prevents the side effects of excessive Vitamin C
it is Great for The Organism's Purification ! :-)
I think that politicians Overrate Cancer and Underrate The Cures . . . but,
a product obtained from natural plants which fights against cancer, or a
product which is not that natural, but definely fights well against cancer,
is welcomed :-) but . . . I think that not just a 'cure' is enough for
preventing or fighting against cancer . . . for example : drinking a looot
of lemon juice without doing any sport activity, is definely not a good idea
That is a major goal indeed, I agree and know from experience training
diabetic clients that their symptoms and risks of related health problems
are significantly decreased with improved exercise and diet. That is
wonderful to hear you kicked cancer's butt! Really appreciate you watching,
hope you join the challenge to get in better shape and follow the next
videos in the coming months. Take care!
Haha thanks as always my friend! I don't know about that, but I always
appreciate the kind words and support! Hope you are doing well tonight. You
rootin for Dolphins? I know you are down in FL but forget if you are a Bucs
fan or just a baseball guy. I have Reggie Bush on my fantasy team,
hopefully he doesn't fumble or get benched this time...Hope you are well
man!
My ultimate health goal is to get to my desired weight of 125! I've been
working hard to get to where I am now, although it still is a tad bit tough
to run 3 miles, so I know the premier protein will give me that extra
boost, and good nutrients that will help me reach my goal! Thanks so much
for this giveaway!!! :)
So glad to have found you through Premier Protein on Facebook. I'm
currently losing weight and training to get ready to compete in a triathlon
the first week of April 2013l. My goal is to lose weight (20 lbs) safely
and finish the triathlon strong, I'm looking forward to hearing your
progress on running a fast 5k!
Thanks for posting this Mike. I have been going to the gym for a while now.
I haven't seen as much progress as I would like. My goal is to try and
bring my work out routine up from about 3 hours a week to maybe 4 or 5. I
want to be able to get that sweet definition I was hoping I would have a
while ago.

Hey, I'm glad to find this site on youtube. I currently use premier protein
and love them! My goal is to run a 5K in February and I'm doing that by
using the c25k app on my iphone along with strength training and walking on
the days off! I'm 75 lbs down from June and loving my life!
How am I just finding these videos! I'm still a newbie to fitness, having
lost 75 pounds in the last couple of years and beginning to run at the
young age of 39. I'm also a pastor with a limited income, so I'm all about
frugal! I'm hooking up on FB and Twitter as well! Good stuff!
That's a great goal, Mike! I would really like to run another marathon. I
ran the Providence Marathon a few years ago. I would love to return to
Providence and finish under 3.5 hours. Winter training is challenging in
New England, but it can be so rewarding!
That is a great goal! I know you can do it, I couldn't run a mile a couple
years ago my cardio was in such horrendous condition, now I'm back in the
8ish minute mile pace. Hope your training goes well and you reach your
goals / I see you at the race!
Enjoyed your video. My primary goal right now is to take back control of my
diabetes. I am a cancer survivor - but I never give up and am thankful
every day for my blessings. Take care and good luck with your goals.l
Awesome Paul, thanks for watching as always! I gotta work on that as well,
and that will be my side goal! Glad my Premier Protein is low in sugar and
fat!! Will help. Join me in the challenge and reach your goals!
Very nice video Michael, a great cause indeed. I would have to say my
primary fitness goal is to lose the extra 5-10 lbs that are always around
my stomach. Hope I win, good luck with the training and race! -Paul
My primary goal is to cut my body fat down to less that 10% and to
consistently eat healthier year round. I am very disciplined with my
exercise routine, but I need to really improve my dietary habits...
So glad to connect Karen! Congrats on your progress so far and an excellent
training goal! Hope you had a happy and healthy Thanksgiving and I'll keep
you posted on my progress, keep me posted on yours!
That's what I like to hear! Glad to connect with you, hope you like my
other stuff!! Do you have any specific fitness goals you'd like to reach?
Looking forward to talking with you online down the road!
Great video! My primary health and fitness goals are to tone up, reduce
stress, and improve core strength. Also, I want to learn to eat better,
more healthy food daily and control portions.
