I've been looking for something extra to add into my smoothies, going to
track down the flaxseed when I next go shopping. I'm vegetarian too so will
help with the protein as I seem to be eating less quorn at the moment.

@missgeegeexxx if I get cravings when I'm hormonal I try to up my exercise
that week to counter act any extra food I might eat. Also a piece of dark
choc a day when im feeling rubbish helps to stop me binging. xx
i weigh myself everytime i go to the bathroom, such a bad habbit! lost
90lbs two years ago and every day since i weigh morning, after every toilet

Instead of adding sugar to my milkshake I add a teaspoon of peanut butter-
IT TASTES SO GOOD. It makes it creamy, sweeter and malted without being
super super fattening :)
