miracle noodles are a staple in japanese cuisine. only use them in broth.
they suck the flavor like crazy. if you try them like pasta... lets just
say they're disgusting. the japanese way to cook them, make a broth with
meat and veggies and let them cook in it. they become this super flavorful
tiny chewy noodles. they go great with asian flavors.
Good to know!! Thank you! I will keep this all in mind. I was thinking, I might be able to make a home made chicken noodle soup with them. Do you think that would be a good use?
Miracle Noodles are AWESOME! The most important thing to note is that you
must rinse them well, boil them for 1-2 minutes, and then roast them in a
pan until they are dry. Otherwise, they will have an awful texture. And
don't worry about the smell when you first open the bag. It will go away as
you cook them. My wife is always asking me to make her spaghetti with them.
LOL yea those noodles look strange I saw those at the store I think I will
try and get some this weekend - Let us know when you try them - I maybe
will try them this weekend lets compare notes lol
+Lets Chew The Fat! LOL yes for sure, we'll have to compare notes. But check out the tips joeman2551 provided in the comments here! Might help to make it a little better. :)
