First off you might want to take an english course to find out how to spell
and put real sentences together, secondly why are you looking for slim fast
diets anyway, probably because youre extremely obese and need to sort youre

Its still surprises me, just how a lot of people don't know about Proladox

I can't say i've tried the chocolate one, i gave up after the strawberry
one. I think it would be healthier to actually eat a bar of soap than go
through that again lol.
I go for 7 but its maybe 5 days, and walking is great!!! That's one of the
best exercise expecially if your just starting out. I would advise as weeks
go by you intensify though (workout videos,swimming) because you want to
get drastic change, so you have to continue to bring new methods to your
routine...but no need to go spend alot of money on the gym if you don't
have to :)...you can do it just stay focused and no matter what day you
start,this will change your life for the best.
@imjustme1989, not anymore I stopped it awhile back once I ran
out...although it worked i got side tracked with everything else I was
doing lol...as long as you have a set goal its possible, I found most of my
failure came from me just saying ima lose weight with no goal set...let me
know how you do though :) I love to hear other weight loss stories
How many days a week do you exercise? I'm thinkin about "walking" 30min -
60mins a day(what do you think?) or should I invest in a workout at a gym
or club?....I've watched all or your updates, YOU LOOK GREAT & I will be
following your progress & hopefully motivate myself:) Also, I plan on
starting my diet April 1st ( yes, April Fool's Day).LOL!!!

im pregnant with #3, im 6 weeks pregnant and iv been doing this for a week
in a half. iv lost an inch around my arms and im so stoked ! ill definitely

You should try body pump. I've been taking the class for over a year and
have seen BIG results. Wow I mean I never thought I would be as strong as I
am now. If you don't go to a gym you can order the DVD. Comes with weights
and everything you need! It's great you can add weight or go down, works
every Muscle in your body, you do tons of squats, lunges, core work, and so

Hey! Just wanted to share this I just saw from a article a doctor wrote
about slim fast. "Slim fast shakes are far from healthy. They are actually
loaded with high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, and a bunch of
other chemicals". Lol Now that being said I'm actully considering doing it
to lose the last fifteen pounds!! Ha ha ha I mean your eating plenty of
fruits and veggies not just living on slim fast. What do you do for snacks?

Ok, I just messaged yo before recieving this reply, so Im sorry. Ok I
understand. Toning up is a good goal, Do your basics hunny, Squats, push
ups, sit ups (if you want that toned look) Get you some small weights (5lbs
or so) wrist curls, basic bicep workouts, and putyour tip toes on the steps
and raise up and down to tone your calves. Since your thinking about toning
you need to think about adjusting your diet (aside from the girl scout
cookies) lol Just look up some toning and diet vids

Id like to be 128-130 but I mostly would love to tone up. I weighed 165 at
my highesy last year and i wanted to get to 135 but then decided hey why
not 5 or so more lbs and becoming more fit. Im jiggly lol . I'm trying to
