Tanny's Bet your Butt-er nut Squash soup
Juice of one lime
2 cups Butternut Squash.
I cup Water
1 stalk celery
I small onion.
1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes ( or adjust to your spicy tolerance level)
1 teaspoon Cumin
Cracked black pepper to taste
a palm full of golden raisins/ Or dates. for some sweetness..
4 Tablespoons Raw Hulled Hemp Seeds..
4 fun add in some yellow squash..if ya got it..
Start blending. slowly..
Check for taste;.
add some yummy toppings.. Green/ red / peppers.. Some Carrot curls.
Now that is pretty food.. Don't tell me that does not look Deelish..
(Gotta get that kelp with Cayenne. ).
LIVE FOOD for a FULL OF LIFE BODY..!!!
Tanny do you not eat cauliflower, broccoli or sweet potatoes. You never
talk about them. Also can we make a mock oatmeal raisin cookie or cranberry
bread like my Mama used to make. Is that possible. What do you think?
+theresa jurrus HMMM i will be thinking on that cookie , i do eat minimum sweet potatoes in my salad raw in slivers, i made a great broccoli soup the other day on youtube and I use cauliflower often in soups and dressings , I have a good mock hummus made with cauliflower
You should get your Golden raisins at Trader joes they are tasty and moist.
They also have a variety raisin package of red yellow and maybe deep purple
and those raisins are huge and so good. Look for them they are the bomb.
+TANNYRAW We have a store here in Ohio that is called Marcs. I get the bags in there and they are really very inexpensive but really hold up well. I get a lot of my produce from there as well. If you ever need more of them I can get them for you.

many more sensible micro nutrients, like enzymes stay intact.Rule of thumb
is with vegetables preparing,the hotter the preparation, the less
nutritious the result will be. It is quite a big fruit, this squash, so if
u cook it ideally on 212°F it takes maybe 3 hours in the oven, before
everything is well done.I guess patiences gives more chance on health.
