during that summer i lost 20 pounds and school started not many noticed but
family. Eventually I lost altogether 33 pounds weighing 178 but now Im back

180s. I backslid lol . Its time to get back on track.
As you know I love love the videos!!!! So ya know I told you I started boot
camp well itS going lol had to stop last week because I got the flu. But
back at it this week going at my own pace!!! Tue and Thurs. Please tell me
with time it gets better lol I was in class today trying to do burpee,
planks and side plank and OMG I WAS AWFUL I DID WHAT I COULD. BUT IT FEELS
LIKE IM NEVER GOING TO BE A PRO AT IT. I KNOW THAT NOT TRUE LOL BUT JUST
HOW IT FEELS. DID YOU EVER FEEL LIKE THAT WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED YOUR

Hold on Kristie! It DOES get better and you WILL get stronger. I looked back at an old record I had from a boot camp and I could only do 12 push-ups on my knees. My upper body strength has always been a struggle. Keep going, you'll get better with time and practice.
