I wanna say to start off, give up the junkies obviously. and to be honest, this video isn't exactly the best weight-loss video since it lacked the knowledge in giving up the yolk from the egg and fat from the cheese or milk. the fats and yolk are really necessary in order for them to digest faster... just a hot tip :P :) add 1/4 protein or more to all meals, as they do help with metabolism, as well as green tea in the morning-- this also helps with metabolism. if you can, add a half or more vegetables to your meals and overall stay active. make sure each meal has a limited portion of fats since fats are the reason to make us full. ~~~ some healthy protein sources are fish like salmon and tuna, eggs (including the yolk!), beans, etc. ~~~ some healthy fat sources are olive oil (use an appropriate amount for frying/baking!), eggs, nuts, lean meat, etc. hope I helped Insha'Allah sister :)
The description says you eat under 1600 and nurse? You are in a major
deficit. I know your goal is weight loss but this is extreme. Nursing can
burn 500 calories a day on top of any additional activity. You can increase
your calories and still lose. I was my thinnest during nursing and I ate
2200 cals and dos the elliptical 4 days per week.
I was only nursing mostly at nights not that much!! So i was only burning about 200 calories with nursing. N i was supposed to eat 1400 to lose weight!
