Wouldnt recomend these for starters. There are a lot of things that you can
do wrong. For example the mermaid one: its not easy to hold yourself with
streched arm and only one leg. if you dont have good abs already, it will
strain your shoulder, neck and knee. for the reaching underneath and back
movement, you need a very good coordiantion and balance. again, if you dont
have good abs already, they will give in eventually and you will hurt your
back, shoulders, elbow...
There are some good modifications for those of us that can't do the advanced moves. For instance, I did mermaids on my knees. I still got a good burn from adjusting the exercise and still targeting the muscles intended. I do think they should do a tutorial though for those that are beginners or injured and give variations to different exercises.

I think people who include dairy are more Primal than Paleo. The couple
