NOW would be an excellent time to pass a flat tax, eliminate the IRS and
train all IRS employees to do background checks and proper vetting of
immigrants/refugees.
Why do they hate us so much for what amounts to something that will never
directly affect them, has nothing directly to do with them, that they never
even have to be a part of if they wish not to be & frankly is none of their
goddamn business?
+Rebelaxe Six They want to keep their secret lovers in the shadows because they don't want to choose between the only sex they enjoy and half their shit.
+DJ Blazkowicz I am not completely incorrect. As I said I have the education & every accredited university & collage in the country teaches the same in the courses on Constitutional Law. Even the educated political figures themselves know this & that is why they call for a ratification of separation of church & state & the establishment of a more christian based government. Look, as I said you can either attend courses at an accredited collage & study the matter properly or research accurate information from said collages & universities online. Or you can hunt inaccurate websites which quote mine & cherry pick that which will support their point. I am not going to be rude but forthright. I have said education, as I stated & it is obvious where you get your information. This would be like a person trying to educate a 3 star chef on the culinary arts & the person's credentials amount to "I eat at McDonalds all the time". I passed on accurate & correct information & suggested good sources upon which to get further information. You can deny what you wish but you can not change established facts. I do not feed trolls & do not argue with those who refuse knowledge in lieu of self confirmation of cherished beliefs, whatever those beliefs be. I am well over that as I have learned it to be completely pointless. In short, I am done with you. Good day sir.
+Rebelaxe Six completely incorrect. this merely prevents a lawmaker or public entity from establishing a national church, as the founders experienced in Europe. "Establishment of Religion" = Church. Not personal belief/moral system. Therefore, Congress shall make no law respecting a 'Church', or prohibiting the free exercise 'of churches'.You are confusing a church (establishment of religion) with religion. One is a governing entity the other is a system of personal beliefs and moral guidelines. From the man who wrote the First amendment himself, Thomas Jefferson:"Believing with you that religion is a matter which lies solely between Man & his God, that he owes account to none other for his faith or his worship, that the legitimate powers of government reach actions only, & not opinions, I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should 'make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,' thus building a wall of separation between Church and State.[20]"
+DJ Blazkowicz The first amendment to the US Constitution states "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof" In short the U.S. constitution, with the 1st amendment, guarantees the freedom from religion & the freedom of religion. A course on constitutional law will revel this & in much greater detail but there is the short of it in black & white. Yes a leader can be religious & believe what they will but they are forbidden from using religion as structure for decisions that will affect the whole of what is, the world's 1st, secular government. I suggest a few classes at your local collage on the subject at hand or at least some real research using the internet. I have said education sir & I assure you there is a clear separation of church & state. Thank you for the honest question & the opportunity.
+Rebelaxe Six i agree that religion has no place in politics, that being said...what are you talking about? Where in the constitution does it make "clear" the separation from church and state? Last i checked, Thomas Jefferson's letter to a christian association has not been ratified by congress. The bill of rights was written in a way that prevents a national church. That is it. There is nothing prevented a leader's faith from guiding his decisions while in office.
+Tom Manfrede The U.S. constitution clearly does. It is drilling this fact into the minds of those who do not actually know this fact or worse, wish to change this fact. That is the problem.
+Tom Manfrede My generation is abandoning their cult and they are freaking out.

i think when people try to show similarity between christian radicals and
isis, i kind of get it, but not along the lines of one is as evil as the
other. I mean theyre both as bad, and yes of course no body likes an
extremist, but thats what it is extremists, fanatics, its not the specific
religions they come from. You could meet a muslim or a christian and they
might be the nicest person you've met, they might not even follow their
religion to the word like some others do.
Kim Davis in this sense is just a extremist, an annoying one at that, so
although i do not hate christianity, i hate any individual that believe
that she in anyway has the right to keep people from being happy,
especially after a law was passed in the supreme court, she doesnt have to
like it, but she should still do her job, or just flippin leave.
Don' matter if your strait or gay. she was an elected official and she is
in contemt of court and if your personal beliefs get in the waynofbyour job
it's time to step down and move on or suffer for your actions, I don't feel
sorry one bit for her she made the bed now lay in it.
+grey man So now she has to lose her job over her religous convictions? Yeah, I don't feel sorry for the blacks during the civil rights movement either as they also made their own bed.
+StinkFingerr she's not free, if she's hurting people just because God demands it, -she isn't free if she's having to obey a man in sky; destroying her with his hatred. God is such a co.ksucker.
+StinkFingerr Ok! She's physically a prisoner of her conscience, and she's spiritually in a prison; that being her conscience, -there, are you happy as.hole?
If you don't know how our three legs of gov't work - Judicial, Executive
and Legislative and how these were formed for the purpose of having a
balanced gov't. - you will get sucked into the BULLSHIT this illegal
resident in the white house is pushing upon the American People. THEY KNOW
you don't know your shit because they read the comments here too. I don't
see anyone responding with LAW. This is a REPUBLIC. Which means the Law of
GOD is above the law of the land, then the Constitution, THEN the laws of
each individual state. But this nation is being run like a DICTATORSHIP.
THIS is the PROBLEM. Capiche!
+Marisol Pearls "This is a REPUBLIC. Which means the Law of GOD is above the law of the land, then the Constitution, THEN the laws of each individual state. "What you are describing is a theocracy. The USA is not a theocracy. Your religion's laws do not apply to me or anyone else.

Gay marriage might be legal, but you can't force someone to marry you if

+Magnus Marz Good. Christianity has been officially criminalized in America, so I suggest stocking up on plenty of handcuffs, because your going to need them, at least in the tens of thousands to begin with in order to house the influx of Christians into the jails in every state in the nation.
+mrtadreamer Then she is doing just what we want. The christians are being stupid on this because they have no exit strategy and no path to any victory.
