I had this delicious black pepper crab in the Long Beach Seafood restaurant on the Stadium Boulevard, this year and I was very impressed! I like this one even better than the more popular Chilli Crab, because I've got the feeling that the black pepper sauce doesn't predominate the delicious flavor of the crab, but the chilli sauce does a bit... what do you think?

As of July 2012 it was about SING$ 50-60 depending on the weight and type of crab. I just ate there last week and while it is not cheap it was delicious. This location is closedbut they have 5 others. Try the original at the East Coast Seafood Center off East Coast Rd.

I agree. Newton Circus has long passed its heyday of the 1980's and 90's. I was just in Singapore last week and quality and hot places change conmstantly.
