I'm real lucky... I was in chinese dance in Primary 2, and was able to do
middle splits and bridges, I actually lost the middle splits flexibility
but my bridge stayed, so I find it easier to do skills. My friends took
weeks to get their bridges...

It really depends on the person, normally people will get a handstand before cartwheels but I got my cartwheel and still can't do a handstand, so I find cartwheels easier, try both and see which one you feel more comfortable with.
+Someone Cartwheel no contest. Never once practiced and learned to do it when I was young, can still do it no problem, handstands take much more balance and control

U will be able to learn the back walkover without the spot i dont know of the backhandspring if u cn do it without a spot but if u put hardwork into it u will be able to do it

of you sticking every landing. On the beam on the floor on the vault. And
on the bars. And do elite gymnastics.
+Anita Leung Practice on a mat or soft surface. Have a spotter if you think you need it, they dont have to help you, but simply be by your side if you need it. Practice makes perfect. :)
I need some help. I get my position correct but then when I'm going down,
my leg doesn't go straight, it just bends. What am I doing wrong? Do I need

+Keleigh Brunner Try pushing off a bit more maybe, and practice your landing form before starting your cartwheel. Start in a lunge and end in a lunge. Point your toes too.
+Shayla Pham Always practice on a soft surface like mat or grass. Get a spotter, they dont have to help you do it, but be by your side just incase. Good luck :)
