Cauliflower Paratha - By Vahchef @ vahrehvah.com
Gobi or cauliflower grows abundantly in the punjab. This vegetable is enjoyed by people of all ages and is a specialty at most celebration and religious ...
The main advantage of finely grating it is it will be uniform in texture
and will form a nice stuffing for the dough, if you chop it may tend to
poke outside and break the dough when you try rolling it..
@Pavithra9181 I found that easy to fill up the stuffing. If you have
observed I squeeze out all excess dough, so paratha is pretty much stuffed
enough and by doing that paratha gets sealed very well and stuffing doesn't
come out. You may also stuff by making poori :)
Hi Have you heard of the other method of stuffing between two parathas and
spreading it out ? I think we can make parathas thin that way. Even no
stuffing will come out of rotis. I think so. Am I right?
wow u did it so well..... am going to follow this only..... thnk u :) with
1 gobi, how many parathas u cud make of the size shown in the video? which
brand of wheat flour u use?
Hi Madhura You are making a complete chapathi and then keeping the stuffing
. Why not spread only like a puri ? And that was really a big size
stuffing! Thanks for the recipe.
