we just bought ours today, tomorrow i get to play with it, need to upgrade our old modem, cause we got faster internet, but it chokes the router we have, got to reset it all the time. plus the cable company advised us on upgrading the modem to 3.0. So will see how it will turn out!

I have just purchase a nighthawk R7000 and I want a modem to connect to it i had the old NB6 +2 ,I want best netgear can supply but without wifi IF possible what would that be please ?

yes Go To Your Setting Intenet Connection > Change Adapter Setting > Right Click Which Adapter you 'using >Ipv4 Configuration Properties> use Following Ip Address > Define a Static Ip For that you Need to open your panel using 192.168.1.1 Check For All Details Fill There And Done For Eg ip address 192.168.1.9 Subnet mask 255.255.255.0 Default Gateway 192.168.1.1 Prefered Dns Server Check your Panel For This Information And Save TADAA

The Solution is Until Unless You Won't make your Ip Address Static It Will Create a Problem For This you Must Be knowing With Your Dns Server ip and Default Gateway Address After That Replace the Values In Ipv4 configuration under Settings For Network Adapter Tab That Will solve the Problem

I have Same Asus RT N10E It Keeps On Losing Connection After Few Hours of Usage And The Only way i Found To Keep Internet Connection is to Factory Reset It I have Updated It To latest Firmware Can You Please Help me

Save your old world, and delete the old install file, then get the new version on the minecraft website and download it and install it like I showed in the other video. then add your world again and there should be no problems.

No, you need to use your routers ip-adress, you can get that by going to your command promt and typing ip-config /all then search for standard gateway, that's your routers ip-adress.

If you do not have the correct password it won't work you need to connect to your router if you have one, just ask your parents.

hola amigo podras hacer un tuto de como usar ese modem como rauter o repetidor de señal (de mi pc con targeta inalambrica a ala salida del eternet con el modem conectado)ya que he buscado mucho y no lo he encontrado te agradeceria mucho y de antemano gracias me suscribo

Para poder accesar al modem sin usuario y contraseña, tienen que buscar el boton de reinicio(reset) debajo del boton de apagado, presionarlo y entrar a la ip del modem y veran que ya no les pedirá usuario ni contraseña, espero que les sirva.

antes de que la gente empieze a preguntar, EL NOMBRE DE USUARIO ES: TELMEX con mayusculas y la contraseña esta en su modem, busquen unas palabras que digan "WEP KEY y adelante esta la contraseña
