Plugins don't work so don't bother. These include Wisestamp and Boomerang. Not worth upgrading yet.

BigPhone is pretty handy for Google Voice integration in OSX.. Lite version is available for free from the MAS.. Pretty handy. Works with 10.7 and 10.8 for sure, can't speak for earlier versions.
