Watchmen The Ultimate Cut 5-Disc Special Limited Edition DVD Boxset Region 1 (US) Unboxing
This is Watchmen - The Ultimate Cut, 5-Disc Special Limited Edition DVD Boxset with Digital Copy, Region 1, released only in the US. It is housed in a ...
@ax275 Spot-On there. But to tell you the truth, the major "problem" is the
greedy SOB's at USPS. I mean, seriously, 6 or 7 USD to ship a single-disc
movie to Europe, in general? WTF, man, in 2008, when i started buying
things from eBay, that cost was almost half. And even with the USD - Euro
rate, 7 bucks is a LOT, IMO. I acquired recently the rare (in Europe) E.T.
Gift Set, which retails in Amazon.com for about 40 USD, but, due to it's
weight, it had to be shipped Priority only and the >
@dvdreview1 The director's cut is indeed way too long, but i equally like
long movies, as do many comic-book fans. On the oposite, i get ungry when i
see short movies of this genre (like Spawn, and a few others, which can't
recall right now). Also, this edition would be nice with a small booklet or
something else inside, but unfortunatelly they didn't do us the favor.
Cheers
@tooch1995 That's good man, but i took a quick peek @ F.Y.E., and from what
i understand, they mainly (if not only, their Shipping F.A.Q.s are a little
baffling) ship within the U.S., correct? So, it is not useful for us here
in Europe (would be great, though, since they indeed have a large
collection of movies & games). Cheers & Regards
@ax275 But for the E.T. Boxset, for which i won an auction on eBay, the
seller was kind enough to split with me the postal expences. Anyway eBay
needs time & patience, but practically you find everything eventually in
there.
I really gotta see the DC cut of this movie. This is a movie I admire so
much, and I need to see those extra 30 min Snyder put in for this fantastic
edition, which looks absolutely stunning.
@ax275 < shipping charge was 46 USD !!! That is a freaking LOT...and that
is the reason why i buy very few things nowadays from US, in general,
postal expences have gone way up. Cheers
@DARTHSIMOUS YES!!! haha I know what you mean. They do that crap here also,
although $46 is quite a bit; I've come close to that but no $50 for
shipping.
Hi! could you please tell me if this has a spanish subtitles?
Pokemon Adventures on the Orange Islands Season 2 DVD (Region 4)
Ask me how to get these DVDs 41% off! (Higher with US Conversion Rate) Note: Contains 49 Episodes not 52 (Not included are Holiday Hi-Jynx, Stage Fight ...
Does your cover say "Includes 52 Pokemon adventures" or "Includes 49
Pokemon adventures" (it's difficult to tell from the video)? I've seen
official cover images for this set using both. Since the Jynx episodes are
missing, it should be the latter, but I'm wondering if any covers were
actually printed that said 52.
+ShapelessMonstrosity interesting. I also noticed that the complete collection releases are similar to the new Austrailian releases in terms of episodes that were released but at least we have all the Whos That Pokemon segments featured on all episodes.
+PokemonCollection1 They are on the 2006 Super Wallet release, as well as the 2010 DigiPack release. They're also on the 2013 MetalPak release, and the 2011 set "Pokemon Kanto and Orange Islands Collection".
+Ashley Hancock That is not correct, remember its the 2010 release of Orange Islands with Ash and Brock on the cover. //www.pocketmonsters.net/dvd/view/1260
hi i have all the originals sets i watch it many times and i remember
watching the jynx episodes so i dont know why they doing it but i would
reccomend to get the orginal sets they contain all the missing episodes
apart from season 1 sadly dont contain beauty and the beach
+movie studio Yes I already own them. I don't think we will have any problems with future releases. They should include all the episodes. Beauty and the Beach was reedited so I cant see why it was not released but in a way I can see why it was not included. Again with Jynx it was considered a racial stereotype because of its black face which was later changed to purple.
+PokemonCollection1 Yeah it takes them awhile to release each season and as for Yu-Gi-Oh Classic, they released them rather quickly; a lot faster than the Pokemon seasons.
Great! I think the future "Complete Collection" sets will have all the episodes in them. I kind of wish Viz Media would release them faster. In a way I kind of wish a different company would release the DVDs and even Blu-ray. Like Cinedigm for example, they released all Yu-Gi-Oh! seasons every 2 months.
+GamingFanactic911 Unless you own the original box sets that have them. The only reason they took them off is because of Jynx's Black Face which was considered racist. If they reedited these with Jynx's purple face then they would have allowed these episodes to be on them.
