+3D Surfacing Hello Sir, since your models are demonstrated on youtube, there is no issue about copyright. I think it would be highly appreciated if you provide people doing other research with the solid vehicle models.
+Zaakir Camal You need to really simplify the model to solidify it. To make a fully detail car model, it would take 6 months+. Just remove all the details. Make a few surfaces. Trim, join and merge then solidify. I can't do it for you, sorry.
+H Huynh I've been trying to solidify this car for a while now and nothing I do is working. I need to hand this car in for an assignment and it needs to be 3D printed which is why I need the design to be solid. I'm freaking out. Is there any way that I can email you my creo design and for you to have a look and let me know whats wrong with it. Please I really need help
+Zaakir Camal Yep. It needs to be a clean stitched surface. It joins all around without leaving a mess. You may want to refine and clean up the model if it is not stitched well together.
To Solidify, you need to make sure it is fully covered with no gaps. You may need to simplify your geometry. After merging everything. You then solidify.
