In Brooklyn rent also increases yearly now more then ever before. But newer
buildings r poorly built. Poor insulation, leaky roof on top floor
apartments and other problems. Builders cut corners. These apartments look
good

muse started to become populair this year m2 and myst are okay maya sucks
but the bar 'perry's' next to maya is awesome, but mostly id suggest going
to muse, theres the most people ususally and is the ebst club you can get
in easily, cirque du soir M1NT and Linx you cant get in easily

+Arsan Bahrami Yeah, pretty much ... either staring around, playing that dumb dice game or walking around with dance floor just to rub themself against those who have fun (maybe hoping the fun will rub off of us and into them). Fun clubs are those where there are plenty of foreigners, but I don't fault the Chinese, ain't their style to be fun and not boring.
