Auburn, AL's landmark oak trees were poisoned by a cowardly Harvey Updyke, and they are slowly dying. This is a tribute to them.

@day12700 as an Alabama Alum i will say this: my heart does go out to the Auburn family. it's unfortunate and sad that someone actually pulled a stunt such as this. in situations like this blame goes to the person who did it, and regardless of his "loyalty" to Bama he is not in any way affilliated with the U of A....he's an idiot and will pay for what he did....best of luck this weekend to your team my friend! see, there are some of "good 'ns" out there ;) ROLL TIDE!

Sad that the trees didn't survive. Hopefully, your tradition will continue one day with new oak trees that will last over 130 more years.
