Can any body remember that video that was endorsed by Omeleto last year
from that guy some where in Europe, he a massive floor routine it was about
8 to 10 min long i Lost, any help greatly appreciated..
It is a serious question? Can a fat guy to calisthenics and not any part of
his body... Is it advice able for a fat guy to do calisthenics or to become
thin and then do?? Plz ans??
