Yea we actually aren't able to select roommate and apartment preferences until 10 day prior to the selected check in date. During that period they are going to send a link to the pre-registration website. Have you joined the Facebook group? It's the easiest way to meet potential roommates :) If you don't select roommates disney will choose them based on a roommate matching questionnaire that you take during the pre-registration.

Yea the whole process is a big waiting game! Word of advice don't worry too much about that 2-3 week waiting period that disney says you will hear from them. Some people this season have been accepted way before that and some have been accepted past that period. Stay calm and know that eventually you WILL hear back from them and just because you wait longer than others doesn't mean anything bad :)
