@GRUNGE911 it's possible to get away from police even if a helicopter is above. How? Suspect stole a car, hes wearing gloves, so (no finger prints) he drives into downtown New York (helicopters cant see now) police chase him, if he has a fast car and if far enough from police, he can just go into parking lot, bail on foot, ?"act" normal go into subway, pays and catch a train. Suspect takes off leather jacket, extra pants/shirt & dispose evidence after exit. Sounds crazy, but smart idea.
