Maybe its just me but I suspect the real reason they are cracking down on
speeders is because the fines are doubled in that area, I drive through
there everyday at rush hour and there is usually noone working, also I
don;t see how dropping the speed limit from 65 to 55 makes anyone that may
be struck by a vehicle any safer. And like that guy in the video mentioned,
everytime they pull someone over all it does is make traffic worse by
forcing everyone to switch lanes.
