Challenge: the name of it is: "Pack rat boy" you basically have to pick up every item, even if it sucks, if you get a spacebar item while you already have one, then exchange your current item for it, that also goes for trinkets, if you happen to go through that room with the replaced item again, then pick it up if you want to get to the OTHER side of the room. DON'T CHEAT TROUGH THIS METHOD! Bombs, jeys, coins don't count.

Challange: Take just spacebar items. You can take trinkets & pills. If you have a amazing spacebar item and you find the poop, you have to take the poop (Or any item that come next the poop)

Challenge: You can only pick up 5 items as isaac, trinkets and tero cards do not count, if you get a spacebar item you can only use it once a floor :)
