+Jonathan Sydney-Scott we have. Never been ill so far. Off video I do spray and clean the work tops. Steak tartare is raw steak they serve it in the restaurants.

I have NO idea why you would get a thumb's down on ANY of your videos. If the folks don't like the recipe....then, simply don't make it! You do a GREAT job on camera and always make me laugh and smile. Tell them to "go scratch". That's what I always say. :)
