Et ici, c'est le cas, on le sens.Ne jamais negliger le fait qu'une personne mal dans sa peau, phobique social ou encore traumatisée peut se refermer sur elle même.Aller en salle de sport pour une personne obese, a la piscine ou faire de la course a pied est juste impossible, pourquoi? Parce que c'est public, on court en rue, on fait du velo en rue, et les quolibets c'est douloureux et cela fait mal, ca detruit son estime de soi.Et cela joue enormement...Ce n'est pas qu'une question de volonté, subir des brimades en continu, c'est juste destructeur, parce que souvent on tourne et retourne, on se hait.

Ok mais ici s agit clairement d un cas de mauvaise hygiène de vie et c est le cas de la majorité des gens, obèses ou pas, nous adoptons souvent un style de vie "contre-nature"

Ca fonctionne pour certains, pour d'autres, malheureusement, non....la génétique joue également, la maladie également.

Pour sur sachant que la maladie, la génétique, les additifs, la pauvreté et la psychologie (en cas de traumatisme) jouent enormement dans la perte ou la prise de poids.
