I agree 100% with what ChowHallCommando said about using a walking stick,
and going slow. Walking is one of the least expensive ways to lose weight
and get fit. And getting fresh air daily is wonderful for the body. Just
smelling the fresh air helps the body kick start itself daily. That and
drinking plenty of water and getting a good nights sleep.

fatty meats.red meat is really bad for you. Also take a once a day
viatamin.It works!!!!!
Good job...I know it's not easy, but you can do it. One thing that always
helped me was to pray first. I'm on board also, and together we ALL can do
it. Stay excited...it feels so good. God Bless You,and keep posting your
progress. Nae
good for you Mark..I'm proud you seeing an obstacle and having faith and
courage to tackle it, after I finally finish the decluttering, who knows, I
may jump on board here too...a little walking would do me good I think
also...
Hey brother, just a tip. Use a walking stick or cane when doing
this.Especailly in wooded areas It's good that you're starting out slow.
Your going to be so surprised and happy with the change you'll see in a
couple of months.

Still losing weight as long as I'mtaking Weight loss green store tea. The
effects of not getting hungry a lot seem to be lasting enough to allow 2
days' respite from taking these after about 2 weeks.
+Elsaas Kumar I am excited to see how much more weight I will lose by the end of this bottle . Thank you for such a great product ! I will definitely purchase again .
Hey Brandon your video is awesome! Just a question, how often should we
have cardio like in a week time? For the best of both fat burn and muscle
build.
+Eddie Caldwell depends if youre doing weighted ab workouts or bodyweight only. bodyweight only can train everyday but no more than 15 min. weighted exercises take a good 24-48 hrs to heal
Lol yh i am doin it now...got inspired by him and im doin 2 sets of 15 rounds just before a workout n so far so good..rly enjoy HIIT workouts n the counting app :) lol
I discovered Leslie's walking part 1 a year ago and even though I have not been seriously following the video, except the last two weeks 5 x's, I can tell you if I can follow it anyone can. You go at your own pace and with every 15th mins you put in you will reap the rewards. Good luck in following Leslie.
+Nikki Brown Do this for 2-3 weeks and then take the next step to 1 mile walk at home... a little faster... a little more movement.... do that for 3-4 weeks.... then you can move up from there is you can!! Make it at your pace.. there are no "rules written in stone" with walking... work at your pace.. .and when it becomes "easier" move up to the next step!!! Just keep moving!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ndVjwkaLGDk&list=PLl9ay4Yq6mRmX_5oxWcB3329Sjw3_BZSC
I haven't started yet but I am going to get bariatric surgery and I am
obese and this is what I need. I have bad knees and my legs are larger than
most people and that's where I carry a lot of my weight so it's difficult
for me to walk a long distance. So I will give this a try my therapist
wants me to walk.
