I did everything. Internet explorer is ok and my registry looks fine. I ran an avast virus scan and a malware bytes scan. Nothing found with avast and 4 suspicious files found with malware bytes scan which have been deleted. I uninstalled yahoo messenger 11 and installed messenger 10. Still no replies but people do get my texts. I am disabled and yahoo messenger is the only way I've found to be able to text peoples phones ESPECIALLY MY KIDS. This really bites that I can't get it working. Ironically I sent yahoo a report that three or four days ago saying that I could only see my comments in the chat history and not people texting me but I am almost certain I did not change anything in preferences. Heeeeeeelp! Thanks!

go to Start Button - Run - type regsvr32 jscript.dll - then press OK go to Start Button - Run - type regsvr32 vbscript.dll - then press OK close your yahoo messenger go to: c:\windows\system32 and look for the "cmd.exe" icon open it .a command black screen will appear. Then type the following in the commend end line of: 1st: c:\windows\system32\regsvr32 jscript.dll , press enter 2nd: c:\windows\system32\regsvr32 vbscript.dll ,then press enter Now check your messenger.

I've read through some of the replies. I really think that is a quality video clip. My brother would like to become exceptional with girls. He figured out alot from Master Attraction. (Google it if you want pretty good emails on picking up girls.) The help and advice for how to get chicks in night clubs in those emails via that website got got him his first intimate encounters in 3 years. I have been irritated however coz I heard them all. Disgusting.

I followed the information above and still can't connect to my yahoo messenger. I can see what someone is saying trying to chat with me but I can't chat / type anything back to them. I didn't not have a bug I only show 0-4. If you have any other suggestions I would greatly appreciate. Thank you.

when i click the ZONES folder..on the left window panel it shows folders 0-4. but on the right panel it shows (Default) REG_SZ and SecuritySafe REG_DWORD. should i delete these? if not, i did what you instructed and it still doesn't work. any other solutions? thanks!

thanks for watching guys i will upload a new tutorial, and for those who ask if this virus cause by a bug yes it is. Im not so sure what kinda of bug as of now.. kinda busy working here in taiwan now so i can't get on a computer that much thanks a lot godbless..

not working..evrytime i sign in theres a notification appear it say WINDOWS SECURITY WARNING.....an activeX control on this page might be unsafe to interact with other parts of the page.do you want to allow this interaction? yes or no.......plz help me...tnx

@qhiena dont need to reinstall OS you just need to reinstall your messenger and after you reinstall your messenger try to check if there is still a box if it still had box delete it and if there is not box try it again... when not working let me know..

@ MrEugenechannel... Man, I'm using windows vista right now, and i'm installing yahoo messenger 11 then the message will suddenly appeared: the program can't start because of side by side configuration? what does it meant? please help and advice? Thankz

i went to --hkey_current_user and on the right side its got --default ,then to the right of that it,s got under type--reg_sz i right clicked it and i pressed delete and then it ask me -- are you sure you want to delete this value , should i ? , thanks

re install ym that i think the bug is widely spread on your application this is bug that delete and hide files one by one before you recognize it its already late... delete the ym 1st then install it again thanks

Thanks for the tutorial...I tried both fixes (no extra entries in IE security tab, and no extra zones in Windows Registry). uninstalled and reinstalled twice, still having the problem. Any ideas?

This didn't help. Usually I can't see what I'm typing in messenger but after I restart it a few times I can see. Maybe if I download an earlier version of the messenger it will help.

dont delete anything it may effect your computer function... just delete the folder that i show in the vid dont delete anything cos it may effect your computer... i hope it helps

This didn't work for me. I dont think I've had a bug as everything in the video above appears as normal. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Java and Yahoo ... any suggestions?

the virus is completely spread in your os try to reformat your os and make sure you have an updated anti virus. that thing is happened to me before i made this tutorial.

I have the same problem. I am using Windows 7 and there are no other folders except the 0-4 ones, and I can't find that tab on IE... And I don't know what to do :(
