Good stuff. Liking the video series. I have a hard time getting in fasted cardio. I either don't wake up early and don't eat until like noon or I just have a small breakfast before cardio. I am not really sure how much of a difference it makes to do it fast vs fed. I haven't noticed any huge differences.

Thanks!!! In my personal opinion, FC is really only vital to men/women who are at a pretty low bf%, we're taking 5-12%. Outside of that, I do think it can help people with fat loss but won't make or break your weightloss goals either way. Some days it's tough for me but most days I enjoy it! If it works with my schedule, I'm always game for fasted cardio!

Imo, the longer video with a few days in them are great. Especially since there will be days when you're just too busy, or not really active. Up to you though.
